What does a typical yacht rental come with?
Each rental features a skilled crew, emergency equipment, fuel, and standard beverages. Extras depend on the service chosen — for instance, sunset cruises offer special appetizers, whereas business rentals provide meeting facilities and custom catering options.
When should I make my reservation?
To ensure availability, it's best to schedule your rental 2–3 weeks ahead of time. For personalized events or business outings, reserving 4–6 weeks in prior provides improved selection and time for personalization.
What if the weather is bad?
Our main concern is safety. In the case of unsafe weather conditions as determined by our captain, we will suggest an alternative date or return the payment in full. Weather forecasts are checked regularly and we will inform you if we have any concerns 24 hours prior to the set sail time.
May I bring my own nourishment and drinks?
Guests are permitted to bring personal food and non-alcoholic drinks on board. We also provide exceptional catering services, customizing to your liking. Note that for safety, glassware is not allowed.
Do you cater to guests who have difficulties with mobility?
We aim to be inclusive to all our clients. Several of our vessels are designed for enhanced accessibility. For specific requirements, reach out during your booking and we'll suggest the most suitable yacht and make the necessary arrangements.
What is the policy on cancellations?
Cancellations done with a notice of 72 hours or more are fully refundable. Those made between 24–72 hours prior to departure are entitled to a 50% refund. Any cancellations within 24 hours will not be refundable, excluding circumstances involving weather or mechanical complications from our end.
